Addendum to 2025 Annual Meeting Packet

Dear members of the League of Women Voters of Johnson County,

The Annual Financial Report was omitted from the 2025 Annual Meeting Packet.  That report may be found as an addendum at this link (https://lwvjoco.org/docs.ashx?id=1500452).  We apologize for the inconvenience.

We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.  Members are highly encouraged to register in advance of the meeting in order to facilitate the determination of a quorum, which is required for the business meeting.

Advance registration greatly simplifies the process to determine if we have a quorum, which is required for us to conduct the elections.

New LWVUS Membership Portal Update
 
Based on League leader feedback, portal invites to members will be sent the week of February 10 to ensure a smooth login process. Any member who chooses to can log in now at portal.lwv.org; it is not necessary to wait for the email invite.

More Details 

You will receive an email from Membership@lwv.org asking you to log in to the new portal for LWVUS for the first time. 

  • You are not being asked to renew or pay dues at this time. 

  • Your membership will continue to renew during the month you initially joined the LWVJoCo.

  • Simply log in as instructed in the email and complete your member information.

  • It is important that you log in to the portal and update your profile to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information about your membership.

  • The information you provide will also help the League more broadly to understand who we are as an organization.

If you have not received an invitation to log in to the new portal by February 7, please check your spam folder or contact the national office at membership@lwv.org.
