About 9:45 a.m., the Annual Business Meeting will begin. Members will vote on the proposed budget and the board/officer nominations. Awards will be presented to exceptional members for their service. Safe, accessible and fair elections proved again to be the bedrock of our democracy. For our annual meeting, former Johnson County Election Commissioner Connie Schmidta true voting rights championwill share her insights about how we continue to safeguard our electoral system and protect voters.
